Grapes: Glera grapes.
Processing: Secondary fermentation with Charmat method for minimum of 30 days with constant temperature control between 16-18 °C.
Type: Spumante Brut.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Residual sugars: 10 gr/l.
Colour: Bright straw yellow.
Aroma: Apple and pear pervade the glass bringing a touch of fresh fragrance. The tone brings to mind the wine fermenting during the harvest.
Flavour: Well-structured, dry but fruity with hints of pear and apple. An explosive nose and a long-lingering taste.
Classic accompaniments: Fresh shellfish and raw fish, excellent as an accompaniment for appetizers
