Grapes: Glera grapes
Processing: Traditional wine-making process with the primary fermentation occurring at a controlled temperature with selected yeast. The second fermentation (sparkling process) is done with Charmat method for 2-3 months.
Type: Dry Spumante.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Residual sugars: 26 gr/l.
Colour: Pale yellow with greenish hues.
Aroma: Intense, fruity with hints of citrus fruits in particular lemon and citron. The floral dominating note is blossoming wisteria and acacia.
Flavour: A good sour hue with a fresh taste, good body, pleasant to the palate, harmonic with an aftertaste that recalls citrus hues.
Classic accompaniments: Excellent as an aperitif or for the whole meal with fish dishes or light starters.
