Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Residual sugars: 11 gr/l.
Colour: Straw yellow with a greenish tint.
Aroma: Bouquet of intense acacia flowers with fruity hints of apple, lemon and grapefruit.
Flavour: Fresh taste, good structure, pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
Classic accompaniments: Delicious with vegetable-based starters; we suggest you try it with Treviso spadone radicchio (chicory) and vegetable risottos. Excellent for fish meals.
